About the event
This webinar offers a broad overview of international laws of war and occupation. Introducing the concepts to a wide audience, we will discuss things like the Geneva Conventions and their Additional Protocols, going over when they were adopted and what each one focuses on. We will also discuss differences between the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court, explore the application of international law, and clarify many of the topics that are often discussed but rarely fully understood.
