This webinar dives into the extremely controversial and politically-charged field of terrorism and political violence. Examining the phenomenon from a more analytical perspective, we will discuss the political and academic definitions of terrorism, and explore how and why such violence became so prolific throughout the 20th and 21st centuries. In addition, we will discuss counter-terrorism strategies, and review the historic trajectory of the different waves of terrorism over the past centuries.
